Feel welcome at our beautiful 1,589 square foot Port Aransas condo rental. Our Condo #312 is located on Mustang Beach in the lovely barrier island of Port Aransas, Texas.

Accomodations include 2 Bedrooms, a Bonus Room and Sofa Sleeper, plus 3 Bathrooms and a Full Kitchen.

Bring your binoculars to view oil tankers, from the condo and the shore. These ships come from all over the world to the Port of Corpus Chirsti to have the oil refined into other products.

Soak up the sun South Texas style, either poolside or at the beach that’s within only 125 yards of the condo. The large pool is open til midnight 7 days a week. And, on a cool night, take a dip in the large Heated Pool or relax in the Hot Tub.

If it’s fun and games that you want, you can play Shuffleboard and basketball at the condo, or enjoy fun activities and dine at several restaurants just up the road.

Directions from the Ferry

Once off the ferry, and on the island, take the first right/South at the first light. Continue in that direction South until you come to a red light.

Next, turn right/South and go a few miles to Beach Access Road 1-A. Then, turn left/East on that road. You'll see a Stripes convenience store. Proceed East toward the beach.

After the intersection on the left, keep going slowly to find the divided entrance to the Aransas Princess complex.

As you approach the seven story building, just before the covered area in front of the office entrance, turn right and follow the private drive to the edge of the building. Immediately take a right into a double line of parked cars. Turn left and watch for parking space #312 on the left.

Directions from Corpus Christi

If you decide to go through Corpus Christi to get to Condo #312, use the bridge to the island. On TX 361, drive North toward Access Road 1-A and then to the property.
